Lisa specialises in tenancy law and the law of obligations in relation to property. In her practice, Lisa advises and litigates on behalf of investors, municipalities, developers, property managers, housing associations and retailers, among others, on tenancy law-related matters, such as the qualification of leases and other agreements, defects, deliveries, renovations and redevelopments, rent adjustments and lease terminations.

In addition to providing expert advice on the drafting and review of leases, user agreements and mixed agreements, Lisa also advises parties when undertaking property transactions.

Lisa completed a master's degree in Labor Law (cum laude) and a master's degree in Civil Law at Leiden University in 2016. She has been working as a lawyer since November 2016 and has worked at both Houthoff and BarentsKrans in the Real Estate practice group. Since January 1, 2022, Lisa has been working at Straatman Koster advocaten.

Lisa is a member of the Young Real Estate Lawyers Association (VJOJ) and a prospective member of the Association of Rental Lawyers (VHA). She is attending the VHA's specialty training program.
